What you can do
- Reconfigurable widget grid (line/bar/donut/tiles/leaderboard/dual-axis); global filters (channel/segment/agent) and time windows (7/30/90/custom) with period-over-period comparison — every stat card shows the prior-window value, delta, and %-change (up/down colored), and (#175) any timeseries widget (e.g.
- Messages in/out) can render a "Compare to prior period" chart overlaying the current period (solid line) against the immediately-preceding period of equal length (dashed line), with the same delta readout as the stat cards; per-employee analytics; a superadmin cross-tenant global view.
How to use it
Open Analytics; pick datasets per widget and adjust filters/timeframe. For a comparison graph: + Add widget → Data: "Trend (timeseries)" → Chart: "Compare to prior period".
