What you can do
- Every message channel (SMS, email, web chat, WhatsApp, Apple Messages) plus fax/voicemail metadata plus payment/invoice/refund metadata (never a card number — that stays with the card processor) written once per day to an encrypted file you can download; optional real-time or daily-digest email forward to a compliance address; a file, once written, can never be silently overwritten.
How to use it
Settings → Comms Archival tab (admin configures; manager+ downloads).
