Advanced call routing
Finer control over how a specific number or ring group answers a call.
Route every call exactly how you want — down to the ring.
What you can do
- Transfer-on-N-rings, ring-to-multiple-extensions (simultaneous or sequential hunt), and configurable failover chains (extension → ring group → forward → voicemail → hang up), per number and per ring group.
How to use it
Settings → Phone system → Call routing (admin).
