What you can do
- Per-employee pairs (choose email/SMS/payment copy independently) or one tenant-wide "copy everyone to me" policy;
- SMS copies default to a dashboard-only feed (no extra text, no extra cost) or can be a real text to the supervisor's phone; a supervisor only ever sees their own assigned team members, never anyone else's.
How to use it
Team → CC / Loop-in tab (manager adds pairs; admin sets the tenant-wide policy).
