When a call goes unanswered, the caller automatically gets a text so the lead isn't lost.
Never lose a missed call — every one gets an instant text back.
What you can do
- Fires when the routed call ends unanswered (no-answer / busy / failed); exactly one text per missed call (deduped per call, retry-safe); message is a configurable auto-reply preset.
- The missed call and its text-back both appear on the client's unified timeline.
How to use it
Turn on the missed-call auto-reply preset in Auto-replies; it fires automatically. Availability is governed by the Missed-Call Lifecycle module (Phones).
